helpful staff great distance quick taxi smaller room missing towels malfunctioning toilet

the staff helped us immediately! the distance from the airport is great for a quick taxi ride for early flights. i really liked how they attended to us quickly after arrival. we felt well-cared for, even during our short stay.

The room i booked was given to someone else. they gave me another room and it was even smaller! there were no towels. The toilet didn't work properly either.

Mixed Experience Near the Airport

cigarette smell large roach

The location is convenient to the airport which worked for me.

The room was smaller than expected and somewhat worn. There was a noticeable cigarette smoke smell, and some of the bedding had cigarette burns. I found a large roach in the room which was quite disturbing.

airport proximity and friendly faces!

friendly staff clean car

The staff was friendly and helpful. the car service to the airport was also really convenient and fairly priced. the driver was punctual, and the car was sparkling clean. It made the early morning departure much easier.

the soundproofing was minimal, i could easily hear noises from outside and other rooms. i would strongly recommend bringing earplugs for a more restful night.
